Unit Information: Pharmacy staff of approximately 45 members that serves a regional facility that has various service lines from OB, NICU, Orthopedics, Cardio/Thoracic, and Outpatient Oncolocy Infusion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current 1 year of current hospital Pharmacist experience
• Must have Sterile Compounding Pharmacokinetics Experience 
• Must have Renal Dosing of Medications Experience 
• Must have Pharmacist Verification of Orders via EPIC 
• Current LA Pharmacist License
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Shift: Varied
Either: 8 hour shifts (0600 to 2300), and every other weekend or  2300 (8-10 hr shifts)

Travel Hourly Pay: $31
Travel Stipend: $1246
Travel Weekly Package: $2486
Local Hourly Pay: $48
Local Weekly Package: $1920
