Minimum Requirements:

• Current 2 years of current Occupational Therapy experience
• Current OK Occupational Therapist License
• Current AHA BLS
• Current NIH
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 (5x8 - Days)

Travel Hourly Pay: $34 Travel Stipend: $1246 Travel Weekly Package: $2606 Local Hourly Pay: $37 Local Weekly Package: $1480
