Job Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturist, and Occupational Therapists to ensure qualify patient care.
- Complete notes throughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic and maintain clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve patient care and clinical excellence.

- An average of 18-20 patients within a ten hour shift.
- Patient count varies depending on time of day / schedule.
- Looking for a candidate who will be comfortable with busier hours
- PT Aides will be on staff to help with workflow
- 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts.
- Typically Monday, Wednesday Friday's will be a 10 hour shift
- Tuesday and Thursday's shift may be a half day (5 hours) or one full 10 hour day
- Rotation on weekends, one to two per month.

Local Hourly Pay: $55.00
Local Weekly Package; $2200.00
Travel Hourly Pay: $25.00
Travel Stipend: $1500.00

Minimum Requirements:
- Current 1+ years of current Physical Therapist experience
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License - Compact Allowed
- Drivers License
- Resume
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
