Unit Information: Call: none: EOW or every 3rd weekend - based on need; EOH; Competent and experienced with intubation; EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Current 1-2 years of current Respiratory Therapist experience
- Current WI Respiratory Therapist License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current AHA PALS
- Current NRP
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
