Type: Dialysis PRN 

Location: Des Moines, IA 

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with two years of Dialysis experience for a 13-week per diem contract in Des Moines, IA

Duties:

• Must be willing to float.

• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients and their families.  Maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses, Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health with in the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model and in collaboration with other care givers.  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of current Dialysis Nursing Experience in a hospital setting.

• Hemodialysis experience - Required 

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Required   BSN - Preferred

• Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. - Required 

•  Machine used: Fresenius 2008T 

Items Needed For Submission: 

• Current IA RN License - compact allowed

• Current AHA and AHA ACLS 

• Current Skills Checklist 

• Resume with full work history, no gaps

• Drivers License 

• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)

• Final RTO or any scheduling requests 

• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
