Unit Information: 7E Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Population Served: Adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6
Minimum Requirements:
- Current 1-2 years of current Med Surg RN experience
- Current Tennessee RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Shift: 06:45 PM-07:15 AM (3x12 - Nights)
