Minimum Requirements:

• Current 2 years of current Rad Tech, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology experience
• Current Louisiana Radiology License
• Current ARRT(R)
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
