Referral Bonus only applies to friends who have not previously worked for Fide and who complete a minimum 8 week assignment.

Friends must begin their first assignment within six months of the referral being received by Fide in order for the Referral Bonus to be paid

Fide reserves the right to change the terms of its Referral Program at any time for any reason

Referrer must be an active employee with Fide to be eligible

Referee must be hired by Fide and have completed a contract with Fide

Only the initial contract that the referee is employed under is eligible for referral bonus program
